Tile & Grout Cleaning Method
We utilise industry standard cleaning methods such as Rotary Scrubbing and high psi water jet extraction machines. Depending on the material of floor, condition and requirements, we use a variety of solutions to carry out each specific job. Following our initial survey we will then advise on relevant safety issues with regards to polished shiny floors. Once the cleaning process has finished we shall recommend a maintenance plan and advise on which solutions to purchase to maintain your floors appearance. For example on floors with grout lines, only use a flat mopping system not a traditional mop.



ECO-friendly tile,stone & grout Cleaning - Using Only Water
For the majority of domestic and commercial floors we can use Twister™ diamond technology. Twister™ cleaning system are a range of pads prepared with billions of microscopic diamonds which clean and polish most common floors. The huge difference in using Twister™ is we can deep clean and polish your floor using only water and no chemicals. The types of floors suited for Twister™ technology are terrazzo, ceramic tiles, linoleum, vinyl/plastic, natural stone, protected wooden floors and concrete. As well as environmentally friendly this cleaning process will improve the slip resistance of the floor.

Sealing & Protecting Your Floor
On all types of hard floors we can install an invisible sealer which will then protect the floor and grout lines, plus make future cleaning considerably easier for you. A correctly installed sealer will not only protect against spills and staining but will also extend the life of your floor. The stone sealer we use are either water or oil repellent which does not change the appearance and beauty of a natural stone.



Sealing With Impregnators
Impregnator sealers are fantastic at penetrating stone or grout, they are designed to deposit protective particles deep in to the stone or grout. This process then provides excellent protection against water or oil stains.

Impregnators again are either solvent or water based. Water base will repel fruit drinks, coffee, teas, water based drinks etc. Oil based will repel cooking oil, grease, oils etc.

Tiles and grout are typically sealed with a clear natural impregnator which allows the stone to breathe. An impregnator will not produce a gloss finish on marble, travertine, limestone and granite. If a gloss finish is required then a final polish process will be applied.

In certain circumstances, it's possible for a floor to be polished to any original shine and gloss..
